LokLogik has a dedicated service and support centre, providing immediate assistance when required.
On the rare occasion that a problem should arise, one of the members of the support team will be available to provide a swift resolution. Our products are manufactured to exacting standards so we offer this service as a commitment to the quality assurance we present with every product.
LokLogik keys are specially coded and uniquely identifiable to each customer. In the event that a customer should snap, lose or lock their key in their van, LokLogik can cut a new key and dispatch it to the customer the very same day. This ensures that the customer can access the vehicle quickly without losing valuable working hours.
Should the customer lose his unique key code, LokLogik’s mobile support team are able to gain access to the vehicle using specialised drilling equipment and replace the cylinder with a new one in order to re-secure the vehicle. Many locksmiths are able to offer this service however they do not carry spare cylinders to re-secure the vehicle, thereby leaving it vulnerable to thieves.
